Last Time, we went over the new office and the air vents. There are no doors to protect you this time around, and in place of the doors is a Freddy Fazbear mask, which is the gameplay mechanic I'll be talking about today.

Before I begin though, I want to mention my sister, flowersun123 . She, too, is helping me discuss this game in general, but no one has taken notice of her work. I don't know what she's doing wrong, nor why she's not getting anyone's notice, but do see her stuff as well.

She could use all the help she could get.   FNAF2 Discussion w/ HazeltopazOkay, this is old for two days, but I thought I fill you in with a little more information. With some support from my sister, hazeltopaz , I was able to get some form of audience, and that I really appreciate any comments/opinions that, I hope, will be coming up someday. I'll be going over, once again, the old animatronics with some information I forgot to include in the last journal post. So let's start of with a simple question: "Where do the animatroncs start off at?"
The answer: Parts/Service

Bullet; Pink Obviously, the parts and services room is the most logical answer to where the old animatronics are located. This is already self-supporting, due to the fact you can see old Bonnie and some of old Freddy lying there. I'm assuming that they start moving at a set time, or if you don't look at them for a long period of time.
Old Freddy Fazbear

Okay, now with that aside, let's get into the nitty and gritty. What do we know so far. There are no doors to defend you. There are three different areas the animatronics can get you: The left/right air vents and the main door in front of you. We can't fight them, and we can't close them off. :( However, according to the game's summary, the staff provided you with a "Freddy Fazbear head, which should fool the animatronic characters into leaving you alone".  It was revealed in the fourth promo image.

Freddy Mask by hazeltopaz This is actually you putting on the mask, should the animatronics find you in the office. Of course, during the trailer, who happens to be in your office, standing in front of you?Office with Bonnie by hazeltopaz Bonnie... Oh, dearie. I want to hug you so much, but you're missing an arm... If some, not all, didn't notice the buttons on the bottom of this screenshot, yes, there are two of them. The one on the right is for your camera; the one on the right is the mask. There are many theories, but this one is consistent with this theme. You are suppose to wear the mask when the old characters come into the office, but don't wear it when the newer versions are there. So many people back this up for this reason:

Bullet; Green  The old animatronics are doing their same stuff they did in the first game: Find you, kill you, stuff you. They are not done with stuffing you in the suit, and they are doing it again.

My thoughts

:bademoticon: The theory seems to tie in with the game's summary. It was mentioned in the Steamlight's summary of the game that the newer versions have "Facial Recognition", so by not wearing the mask may save your skin.

:bademoticon: Putting on the mask at the exact time is difficult. Since we got 8 characters, many theorized that the newer characters are after the old animatronics; wearing the mask when Bon-Bon or Foxina is in the office may only get you killed. The opposite goes for the old animatronics, for that wearing the mask may think you're already in a suit and you don't need to be placed in one.

:bademoticon: No heavy doors means "safer" place for kids. I'm now digging back to the first game, when the doors were in place. If you had a kid and were to dine at the old Pizzeria, you may not want your kids playing there due to the history and the characters. Now, if the newer version had heavy doors, parents are gonna think that there's trouble still, and may not want their kids there. I believe the doors are removed to show to the parents that it's safe.

This material was something basic, but many are questioning why this is in place of the doors, and why there AREN'T any doors. Remember, this stuff has been up for a while now, and there is still so much left to dig out and find. Got any theories? Have any questions? Have any concerns regarding to this new mechanic? Leave comments down below and let me know what you think. :) Check out the other theories I have created too. They also contain info to the doors too.

Next time, I'll be looking into the building's main outline, starting off with the Main Hall, Show Stage, Parts/Service, and Kid's Cove! Until next time, get ready for Halloween, and get tons of candy! Chica loves candy as much as she loves pizza... See ya later!

"Vents and Doors*  Screenshot Discussion: Doors and VentsVideo Discussion:
Just a few minutes ago, I shared to the whole FNAF fanbases the video, as like most people would. But who would take the time to dissect this information and work with others to give everyone information? I would, and that's what I'll be doing! First off, let's look at some images and examine them one by one.
EXAMPLE ONE: LIGHTS IN VENT

Apparently, unlike the first game, we get light in the air vents. Wonder why?! Well, here's the second piece of evidence!

The animatronics will go through leaps and bounds to kill you in the first game, and they will do the same now! Chica, right here, is trying to reach you through the right air vent! The purpose of the light in the first image, identical to the first game, is to see if animatronics are in the vents.
EXAMPLE 2: NO DOORS...

"Trailer Analysis"  VIDEO DISCUSSIONOMG, SO MUCH HAS BEEN REVEALED, I CAN'T BELIEVE SO MUCH IS BEING SHOWN!!
Okay, let's begin with the basics, and that's the layout and gameplay.
:bademoticon: For starters, looks like we're not getting free-roaming mode at this point, but it seems that the suit we saw in the last promo image involves using the suit to maybe stall out our time, in hopes the animatronics leave. Second, we don't have door. NO FRICKIN' DOORS!!! THIS IS CHAOS!! Another thing to notice is that we can finally shine lights in the rooms. This is probably used to see if the animatronics are there or not.
:bademoticon: Another thing we notice is the number of rooms we have to keep notice. For instance, we have a total of 12 rooms, and with adding your station, we have 13 rooms. There are new additions to the place, like separate party rooms, a game room, parts and service (where the old animatronics are left to rot), a kid's cove
